Introduction
Welcome to the website containing information for foreign nationals, with a particular focus on nationals of the "third countries", i.e. countries outside the member states of the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The aim is to provide, in a transparent way, general information on the provision of health care in the Czech Republic, which third country nationals may receive during their process of integration into the Czech society. The message, nature and reasonable scope of the text have, however, asked for several shortenings and generalizations of the issues described. The text has been last updated on 30 April 2010.
